Ozon Data Services is a small studio in Plovdiv with a bias for working software over decks. We build the AI systems companies depend on, and we stay to make sure they keep working.
We started Ozon because too much AI work stops at the demo. A convincing prototype is easy; a system that holds up under real traffic, real data and real scrutiny is not. That gap is exactly what we do.
Today we are a compact team of engineers and applied researchers working across support, finance, legal and operations, for clients from Bulgaria to the rest of Europe and beyond. We keep the team senior on purpose, so the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it.
A running system beats a beautiful slide every time. We optimise for the former.
